Furthermore, the complaint elaborated on how the senator, despite asserting that he resides in and represents the constituents of California, filed and reaffirmed through refinancing documents that his primary residence was “8204 Windsor View Terrace, Potomac, Maryland, 28054.”

Schiff admitted to having made a “mistake” in designating his Maryland home as his primary residence. Ultimately, the complaint specified that Schiff, who was serving as a state representative at the time of the filing, was in breach of the rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, which stipulate, “No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained the Age of twenty-five Years, and been seven years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.”
Significantly, according to the information disclosed in the complaint, Chanel Rion of One America Network (OAN) remarked during a segment of her program “Fine Point” that the senator might be culpable of “violating state and federal laws, so they say.” Rion further stated, “Now, many lawmakers maintain a residence in Washington, particularly if they represent a distant state, as Schiff does, but only one of their residences can be deemed their primary home.”

Kennedy, Jr. from the ballot in New York due to his discussions regarding his various residences. Would they dare apply these same standards to Adam Schiff?”
