Released Bank Records Reveal Adam Schiff Could Face Massive Mortgage Fraud Charges like Letitia James [WATCH]

The disclosure of Democrat Senator Adam Schiff’s banking records has established a basis for the woke legislator to face allegations of committing a type of fraud akin to that of New York Attorney General Letitia James. The records indicate that Sen. Schiff has designated a residence in Maryland as his primary home for several years, which constitutes tax fraud and mortgage fraud that may render him ineligible to hold office.

To provide context, on October 16, 2024, a complaint was submitted to the US House Ethics, Oversight, & Judiciary Committees by two whistleblowers. They accused Sen. Adam Schiff (D-CA) of engaging in mortgage fraud and tax fraud, supported by bank records and voter registration documents that revealed the senator sold his California home in 2003, acquired a property in Maryland, and subsequently claimed California as his primary state of residence for many years.

Furthermore, the grievance submitted by Christine Bish and Darren Ellis detailed that Senator Schiff had sold his residence in Burbank, California, and later acquired a property in Maryland, designating the latter as his “Primary Residence.” This action may amount to mortgage fraud and could render Senator Schiff ineligible to serve in office within the state of California.

Furthermore, the complaint elaborated on how the senator, “even though he asserts that he resides in and represents the citizens of California, submitted and confirmed via refinancing documents” that his main residence was “8204 Windsor View Terrace, Potomac, Maryland, 28054.”

Additionally, the complaint indicated that during a hearing of the House of Representatives Ethics Commission, Senator Schiff acknowledged that he had made an error by designating his Maryland residence as his primary home. Moreover, the complaint stated that “Adam Schiff registered as a California voter” at another property in California, specifically located at 250 N First St #427, Burbank, CA, 95102.

Ultimately, the complaint outlined that Schiff, who was serving as a state representative at the time of the filing, was in breach of the rules of the U.S. House of Representatives, which stipulate, “No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained the Age of twenty-five Years, and been seven years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.”

Significantly, based on the information disclosed in the complaint, Chanel Rion from One America Network (OAN) remarked during a segment of her program “Fine Point” that the senator might be culpable of “violating state and federal laws, so they say.” Rion further noted, “Now, many lawmakers maintain a residence in Washington, particularly if they represent a distant state, as Schiff does, but only one of their residences can be classified as their primary home.”

Additionally, Rion stated that according to Sen. Schiff’s records, “The hypocrisy is evident” in his campaign, noting that the senator operated “against a backdrop where California’s homelessness has reached unprecedented levels and the cost of living has forced Californians to leave.” Rion further remarked, “Just this year, Adam Schiff’s Democrats removed Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. from the ballot in New York due to his discussions regarding his multiple residences. Would they be willing to apply the same standards to Adam Schiff?”
